I need a PSU?

I currently have a 250w PSU that provides 15a on the 12v line.. but my new video card (7600GT) requires a 350w w/ 18a on the 12v line.

Do I really need a new PSU? These ratings are all max.. I can't understand why I'd need them just to use the card.. but provided I do, will any of these work;

One other concern with the above PSU is it only has a 20pin mobo connection, I have a 24pin mobo.. how does this effect me?

The 7600 is a fairly low power card, but it's probably best to get the recommended PSU specs. Basically any ATX power supply should be fine as long as it's 20+4 pin. Most are, which means the ATX2.0 pins are removable.
 
My mobo has 24 pins, though.. the first PSU I asked about only has 20.. will it work with my board?

I know that with my current board the 4 pin connection came unplugged from the factory and my PC worked great without it, plugged it in and no change.. but I'd like the option to use the 4 extra plugs should the need arise.

..and are any of the above PSU's of decent quality?

The one you've linked to has 16a 12v rails.. I need at least 18a 12v rails.

I'm going to try the PSU I have first, but still need recommendations on a new PSU.

I just need a decent PSU that will supply at least 18a on the 12v rails, has to have 24 or 20+4 pin mobo connection and SATA power is a plus, I don't like adapters, but I'll use them if I have to.
 
The one I linked to has two 16A 12V rails, as opposed to the single 18A-24A rail you're looking at. The two 16A rails will provide significantly more power than the single 18-24A rail (~30A total, although it's not actually specified on that PSU).

Delta make some really good PSUs. It will likely work, even though it's below the recommendation.
