I need a reverse dictionary or something to help me w/ this English homework

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew anything that could help me with this assignment, I've got like 140 definitions that I need to find the words for, I was wondering if I could type in something like "Three footed tool to hold a camera" and it come out with "tripod" or type in "Someone who hates everyone" and it come out with "misanthrope" If someone knows a website that could do this for me, that'd be AWESOME! cause he has the definitions, just not the words, and it take a long time to look up definitions in the book..

I tried that, the words that she wants are like the Greek words or something, the ones that are long and stuff, also, I have a list of them, but there's like 500 words and I only need about 140 of them, so it'd be a bit of a pain to lookup or type 500 words, reading the definition each time, than read 140 other definitions and see if they match. I think I'm just going to have to do it the hard way since it's due tomorrow... By the hard way I mean just looking up the words. OH well, thanks for your help.

BTW, I use google ALL THE TIME, I just couldn't find what I was looking for this time.
