I need help for windows 7(not full screen)

Hi.
Today I upgraded from windows vista bussines 32 bit to windows 7 ultimate 32bit. When I started the windows,it wasnt full screen like windows vista.It was on the highest resolution but still not full screen Everything worked perfectly except for the size. Please help
And i have a Vaio SZ VGN-SZ434N/B,Nvidia GE force go 7400 GPU,100 GB hard disk,13.3" Wide Display Clear Bright LCD and 1GB memory,(max 2gb)

Try right clicking your desktop and go to screen resolution then for to advanced settings, from there go to list all modes and try them all
 
Most likely all you need is to install the latest video driver for your graphics. Laptops will usually only show partial screen until the correct driver gets installed.

Yes, that actually makes sense because my laptop is really old, its like from 2007. I upgraded from vista to 7 becausemy windows vista was screwed up.
Whats the minimum requirements of win 7 anyways?
