I went into C: then to users then to my name and I clicked customize in properties and I clicked hidden its a check box my intentions were to show hidden folders like AppData but it hid or removed my name folder because now its GONE. Someone please help me get that folder back or tell me whats going on if its just hidden. Thankyou!

In any folder select Tool > Folder Options
You may have to press alt to make the "Tools" menu appear.
View > Show Hidden Files
Then the folder you hid as well as all other hidden files and folders should appear. You can right click > properties any file to hide/unhide.

Find your OS, and follow the instructions. That should allow you to see hidden files. In regards to your User folder, after everything is unhidden, it should be visible again. Right click it and remove the checkbox next to hidden and hit ok/apply.
Should be good to go then.
