Ok goergi, i think lorand may have been on the correct track here. You said that the motherboard is not beeping at you.... will it wont not if you haven't connected the speaker.
That board looks like the ASUS P5LD2 you had on your wish list
So if you look on page 2-31 of your manual (or that one that you can download from online
http://dlsvr02.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socket775/P5LD2/e2175_p5ld2.pdf)
it will show you how to connect that speaker.
Once done, turn your pc on and listen for the beeps, note how many there are and how long they are (short or long)

check the mainboard, ram and cpu

u should check the mainboard, ram and cpu to findout problem. did u heard the soun like "bip" or something like that?

Hey Georgiou! u show 2 pictures above, 1=pc speaker, 1=pc battery. Some mobo can not working without cmos battery. Check now!

there is no battery, both of those pictures are of the speaker. The light makes one look like silver colour, but it is definatly a speaker (hence the wires)

Looking at the photos it seems to me (but I could be wrong) that the video card is not seated correctly in the slot.

yeah it does a little your right, but the fans spin up. Still worth a shot though

Check georgi, give it a good firm push, dont worry you wont break anything.

Just noticed that in post #21 he said that he completely de-assembled and reassembled the computer.
So waiting for the report on the beeps.

yea thats what i was thinkin agp but now im having a new problem.my speaker has a posotive and negative lead. The Manual says to connect it to the +5v (i guessed at this being the possitive) and the "Speaker" with the two middle leads being ground. My speaker has 2 leads! Anyway this is wierd cause i was doing this and came up to ask u guys about it and ur waaay ahead of me! lol n e way post back please!

aight here are my updated pics. Notice how the speaker is pluged in, ive tried it both ways, and please comment on everything. The vid card was plugged in all the way, for whoever suggested that. Any way if it was the vid card, how come the keyboard doesnt turn its LED's on when i push the lock buttons (caps, num, scroll)? Is that normal if i havent loaded windows yet? O well heres the pics and keep the comments comin...
