I want to know which one is better for gaming, multitasking, editing videos etc. I want the smoothest graphics and faster processor :)

The first choice has a better CPU (by only a little bit) and a better GPU, so I would go for that.

But it does not need a liquid cooling system. Air cooling would be enough.

But ibuypower.com is not a reliable site, in my opinion. You would be better off buying the parts and building it yourself. You would save a ton of money and choose exactly what you want.
 
Thanks for the advice bro. A friend of mine actually showed me these two computers for sale at Costco for $900 lol.
 
if i was looking at getting a machine of that level of spec, i would certainly want both
sata 3 and usb 3.0, theres no point paying that kind of money for old standards
