I just bought an AS5517 last sunday and i like it alot but the processor in weak its an AMD Anthlon TF-20 1.6 Ghz not very fast =( i want o upgrade to a TL-50 or TL-56 for pretty much double the speed... i need to know some things like if its embedded... i have rant he cpu z program i know the socket but it doesxnt say if its embedded and i cant find anything on it please help.....

In your other thread, you said you wanted a TL-60. That's only 400mhz faster. That's not going to give you a significant performance boost, and I doubt it's possible in the first place. I'd contact the manufacturer of your laptop (I'm pretty sure it's an Acer). They can tell you whether or not a CPU upgrade is possible. I don't believe it's embedded but I could be wrong. They can give you that information as well.
