I need help !! Very Urgent...T_T

I recently found out that always got pop up in my laptop. It's not an ordinary popup...it's like a minimized internet explorer that is not on the bar(the bar where the start button contained). but i couldn't close it! It's like a stucked program, and my mouse will move around and left click for one time. I try to use popup blocker..but it's useless. It wasn't there when i restart my laptop..but after about 5 minutes..it come out. And i go to task manager...but...there aren't any application running! (When i closed everything, including my IE)

The big word "Trojan Downloader" could be possible there. If you have something hidden on the drive trying to connect out it may have never even created any registry entries while attempting to download a list of other things. Have you tried any programs for detecting and removal of adwares, spywares, viruses, malwares in general?
