I need help with my motherboard

In the past days my computer has suddendly turned off, I decided to open it and see if it had something disconected... when i turn it on a light goes on and just at the side says "CR1" What i have thought is that maybe the Lithium Coin Battery is over or something like that but i really dont know plz help me

What do you mean "at the side says "CR1"?"
 
Yeah like in the motherboard there are hundreds of letters in white all over it... There is a light on and the nearest like "word" is CR1..like meaning that the light is on because there is a problem with the "CR1" or something like that

It's very unlikely that a dead CMOS battery would cause a complete shut-down and start up failure. A dead or low battery normally causes a pause during boot up with CMOS checksum failure, press F1 to continue (or similar words) appearing on screen.
CR1 probably is the battery though.
