I need help with ram lol

Ok right now my motherboard can take PC2100, PC2700, and PC3200. I have a stick of 256 PC2100. And I just orderd a stick of 512 PC3200. If I used them together, would it cause any damage?
 
No but it would run slower than the speed indicated, did you check if your mobo isn't picky about voltages and timings?
 
Normally it comes with the manual of the mobo or if you bought it from some site, the site will probably tell if it's picky
 
Umm...Ok thanks alot :). Because I'm cahnging my motherboard + cpu to a faster speed, and I needed new ram for the motherboard I wanna get. But until I get them I'm going to use the ram I just ordered in this motherboard

Hmm what's the brand of the mobo? i don't really think you will have any problems but in any case is better to check deeply
