I need help

Hello all fellow members, I am Justin. I was wondering if you can help me find some good recording software. I wanted to record some of my gameplay from my ps3, to my computer then post it on youtube or something. I know it's possible, but I just don't know what to get. My friend has a Capture Card and a red and yellow cable but I need to know the price or just give me a different opion of something like this. All help or answers are appricated. I live in Canada so no us stores :p
 
Which one do you recommended to buy to post my gameplay, and post it on youtube.. remember I have a ps3, I wanted to record what I play and go to my computer then I wanna edit and post it on youtube.
 
I really couldnt tell you, but one with a PCI interface is going to be much faster than a USB one. I tried to play xbox on a usb one and the lag was so bad my friends and I couldnt even play.
