I need help!!!!!!!!

Hi Guys i have a problem!!!
I have the laptop Toshiba Qosmio X500 series the model is pqx33e and my graphics card is nVidia GTX 460M! I've done format 2 days ago and then i installed the drivers of graphics card!The resolution of the laptop must be 1920x1080..but i can only 1680x945...where is the problem????
please give me your advices i need it!!! thanks in advance!!!:confused:
 
Is that the maximum resolution available to you in the appearance section? Are you sure that you have the most up to date driver for the nVidia card?
 
its the right card but i thinking that maybe to have this resolution cause my laptop normally has 64 bit and i ve done format with 32 bit!!! what's your opinion!??
