I need help

Well I've run into a pickle. Everytime I hit the up arrow key more than once The start menu pops up. It doesnt matter what program im in, it always does it. It really sucks because it makes any kind of gaming nearly impossible. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

Driver update? check manufacturer website for those. It might be a hot-key function that was mistakenly set...not sure.

No laptop

Its not a laptop its a Dell 4800 series 2.4 ghz, 512 Ram, 80 gig hard drive

Did you try hooking the keyboard up to a different PC?
