I need help

Is there anyway to uninstall windows XP and reinstall it, and afterwards do i lose everything (dont care if i do J.W) And is there a way to fix where its like windows/system32/config/system is corrupt, im kinda dumb with comps so help would be nice

Yes there is. You need the windows OS(operating system) cd. Since it is just your system file corrupt, you won't loose everything. Do you have the windows OS cd or recovery Cd?
