im not a complte noob on computers but im quite new to what im attempting. i have a computer (which i dont use) with farly new componets in but i wont to turn it into a sever and host a web site on it. how do i turn a normal computer into a sever and web host on it?

i have some knowledge on making a web site has any one got any tips and tricks to help or any programs?

(i know that my spelling is amazimgly bad lol)
