Got this info from Adobe site Sally

1. Uninstall flash
2. Reinstall flash
3: Go to Start>Run and type in regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flash9.ocx

Hope it works:)

Hi there, right I did as u said I have removed Flash player which I had on and then I have re install it and then I went to start and run and typed in stuff u told me to do so, and message said that is was succesfull and then I tried downloading that software again and same error message came again. So I really don't get now what is wrong.
One thing do, when I clicked on install flash and then double clicked on the item on desktop, is asked me to choose the language and then it just very clicked looked like it downloaded it and then it just wen off it didn't ask me to run it on anything like that. I have however checked with Adobe web page and it told me that download was sucessfull.
So now I'm really, really confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You have any other advice for me?

Listen r u on messanger and if yes do you want to meet on it and I would alow you to get connected to my laptop via remote assistance and you could have a look at what is happening and maybe u will figure it out better then coz I know that I might not be so good with techical words?

Are you running XP, what is your web browser type and version and windows media player version

Start media player, click on help and then click on about in the drop down menu. The screen will tell you the version.

Channel 4 site says this will only work with XP, Windows Media player version 10 or 11, and you must use Internet Explorer 5.5 up to 7. It seems Firefox is not supported

Well I have internet explorer as well. I'm just now updating the media player to 10 version. But that flash player is still now showing up on my programs list like it did before!?

Unfortunately Sally you may have to satisfy the requirements with the player, browser etc before downloading C4's on demand software.

Once you have the requirements, close down and reboot. Then run C4's software.

I have to disappear for a while. Hope it works.

I have done it all now. I have un install everything and open channel 4 on demand in Internet Explore and I have sucesfully download latest windows player and flash player. When I finally tried to download the software again it came up with same message.
Can anyone help and tell me what I must do!???????????
This is just so frustrating!!!
