I need ram way bad!!!

I need ram for my kt3 ultra ms 6380e motherboard, I have limited funds but i would really like to run at least 1 gig in it(right now I only have 512 mb, some of my ram got fried but the slots are all ok), the only problem is, ddr ram is way expensive now, where can i find ram cheap, (used or new)? here are my motherboard specs:

What speed of memory do you have in there right now? We would want to match speeds before recommending anything.

LoL can you explain that better?What happened?:D

By the way with 512 MB of RAM you can do miracles on your computer.Just increase the virtual RAM to 4096 MB.Be sure to put 4096 for the MINIMUM and MAXIMUM number of MB.If that didn't help also try to decrease the graphic quality in the options of your graphic driver.You can also try to scan your computer for viruses,make the DISK CHECK of your HDD,defragment the HDD and clear the unused registry using Eusing Free Registry Cleaner.You can also use the programs like MEMORY TURBO to free more available RAM as much as possible.
If none of this didn't help and your computer still runs some things slow with 512 MB of RAM then buy the new RAM chips.Kingston RAM is pretty cheap and good.
