I need seriously pc help!

i'm getting ticked off at my pc:mad:..upgraded my windows xp to vista..and direct3d, directdraw and agp was working..then i switch back to xp then back to vista again..anyway i went to play a game..and it said my directX was disable...so i went to go enable it..and it was saying not available..so the question is..did i not install some drivers back on my pc or how do i get this stuff back to working like it was..cause i'm about to go insane..if i need more info to show just let me know what kinda and how to find it

dumb questoin..but how do i find out what driver to install and what kind of video card i have??..last time i check i think the people said i had a integrated video card..not sure tho cause that was like a yr ago
 
jacku first download everest professional which will tell you every part of your computer even if u dont have driver then write me again if you cant find it just write me

ameyo...i downloaded the everest professional...and the video card type is a via/s3g unichrome integrated graphics card
 
that is easier then you need to look at the motherboard model and find a driver for it for help with searching about driver write me

ok..where do i find these graphics drivers and stuff at to install them

that board has Intergrated Via Unichrome graphics,my linux machine runs that same motherboard.

get the drivers from here,you will want to install your motherboards chipset drivers,AND graphics cards drivers aswell.

theyre all there just select your version of os. :)

i have a VERY small question which will help you TOO MUCH dont you have a disk which is writen on it any staff like MY COMPUTER DRIVER ???
in the same time i can't find that model exactly in the asus.com
 
you install the driver then reset your computer OR right click on My Computer-->hardware-->device manger and go to the (?) icon update driver and chose what you download
