When I shut down my computer, I usually close all programs before turning the computer off. I always have some indefinite program to interrupt, although it doesn't show up in the task manager. How can I understand what this program is? It seems to me it slows down the computer. I checked it for viruses, the viruses are not detected.

If you use my Fav program Autoruns you can look to see what is all running at boot up and what could potentially be causing the hang up. But you need to be extra carful as to what you disable and you don't want to delete something you know nothing about. I warned you. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
There are usually programs to interrupt like for example, Google Chrome, Notepad a program the name of which is not known. It shows like a transparent shortcut. I cannot read the name of it. I was looking for the process in the task manager, but I couldn't find it. It might be somewhere in the autoruns, probably a scheduled process...
