I need some serious help when it comes to buying a laptop!!!

Okay, I get really confused whenever I try to buy a laptop, and never ending up getting what I want. So if you guys will help me I will post a list of what I need and please please help me find the best computer for this! i DO NOT WANT APPLE LAPTOP

• • touchscreen
  • hdmi
  • graphics card
  • web cam
  • able to run runescape no problem
  • able to run a computer game that is not too serious
  • bluetooth
  • wifi enabled
  • fast
  • decent screen
  • i7 intel or if you know a better proccessor
  • windows or better opperating system do not want apple computer
• hdmi port

no I do not have a budget but I do not want to over pay for a computer that truly is not worth it

Don't really know why you want a touchscreen, but okay.

That's funny. All you'll get is Windows unless you install Linux yourself

touchscreen just because my bf has one and I keep touch the screen on everything now and geting all sad face. and yeah I am almost ignornt about specks Thank you kind sir or mam

Touchscreen is pretty pointless anyway in my opinion. It also expands the range of laptops you can choose from.
