I need to run my computer without fans, help please?

Hey, I am running a server that will be up 24/7. It is located in my room. The specs go as this:
AMD sempron 2300+
40gbx2 ide hdds
512mb DDR 400
ATI all in wonder 7500

OK, I want to run this computer without any fans except for the PSU fan. This computer is caseless so I don't need any help with ventilation. I have gotten it to the point where the nortbridge and video card are fanless and are running at decent temperatures. Now I just need to get it so the CPU is fanless. Is there a way(without spending money) to get this thing fanless?

I took off the heatsink fan and it got to about 55C under load. As soon as I put the fan back on, it goes down to about 20C. Any advice is helpfull and appreciated. I am willing to go a little extreme

Yes I know there are fanless heatsinks already, I just want to use mines without a fan. Do you think if I was to take off everyother fine it would be able to breathe more and provide better cooling?

Part of the design is to have the fan on there running at certain speeds. You would notice a temp increase right away especially on aluminum sinks while in an enclosure. How much is moving while being totally exposed will depend on whether you have good air circulation around the setup.
