I need Video Editing Laptop

I'm looking for a decent video editing laptop that doesn't cost more than $650. Have have two picked out so far and would like a suggestion on which one is better.

The first is the Acer Aspire E15-https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075FLBJV...olid=2CDVCXGCZ794O&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
I know that the build quality is not as nice as other laptops, but I plan on keeping it in a protective case when I'm not using it and I'm more focused on the internals. I like that it has a SSD and Dedicated Graphics Card. The 8th gen intel core i5 processor is very nice and compares to the 7th gen intel core i7. I plan on adding more RAM and another HDD later on. The display has crappy review though.

The second laptop is the ASUS VIVOBOOK F510UA-https://www.amazon.com/VivoBook-i5-...535493319&sr=8-1&keywords=asus+vivobook+f10ua
I know this comes with a HDD but for $50-$100 bucks I can throw in a M.2 NVME SSD to boot off and run higher level programs. I wish it had a built in Disk Drive but I can always buy a USB one. It doesn't have dedicated graphics, but I'm not planning on doing 4K or anything(2K at most). I like the premium look but I care more about the inside. Specs wise the Acer Aspire e15 is better, but price wise, the VivoBook is better. The display is IPS and has good reviews. It also had very small edges around the display.

If anyone owns one or has some advice, please let me know, thanks!
