i phone contacts

i recently lost my i phone and now have no numbers whatsoever.

just wondering if the numbers are saved on my lap top any where when i sync last time? and if so what file?

i have tried looking but dont really have a clue.

im using windows 7 and it was an iphone 3gs

If you connect a new iPhone or restore an iPhone on your computer with iTunes, it will ask you if you want to restore it using a backup (assuming you made one), which should have all of your contacts and settings saved on it.

not going to be able to get a new iphone for a while. so not going to be plugging in a new one for a bit. just got my self a stone ages phone but need to find numbers. im almost positive i saved numbers but need to know the path to where they are kept and if im able to access them without an iphone.

Dear Friend,,,
if you have any Backup of your Iphone then you must need iphone for got number,s.you try to found any Iphone from your friend,s.if your any friend have them first you read backup this phone and save it ...
after this you restore you backup on your friend phone.. and write all number one by one...bcz iphone cann,t support copy number,s
you check your backup in itune folder .but dear this file not read on other program .... or phone (only i phone)

The only way you can get the contacts is with another iPhone. Unless of course they sync with google or somewhere. But you will know if they do.
