I need help! So I'm building my PC, and I did an external build before I put in my case. I plugged everything in, but when I turn it on, when it gets to the boot error (which is because i have no operating system, it's expected) the monitor has horizontal lines of colors, sometimes green or orange. What could cause this? Is it a faulty GPU? Please help!
