I can't find any patches, only scripts, and they only let you take out either alien or human blood, and i'm only allowed to play in human vs. zombie cs: source games, and now my dad had a seizure on me once he saw that, too. Also, I'm not morman... Edit: which setting is the decals? Is it the texture setting?

Dad: "Just having all those weapons at your disposal just doesn't sit well with me" Me; Well, that's exactly what i'm doing when I play airsoft. what i dont get, is why dony you just re-download cs:source via steam. You dont need any cd's for that.

Rated M for blood and violence. If I turn the blood and gore off, then what is it rated? It would be the same as playing a virtual paintball game.

Accept that's not how it's done. They rate games by there most defining features. Games don't advertise the ability to disable features...they advertise the gore and blood and killing. If that's all your parents see...then that's all they will think of when they think of your game.

Sure you can dispute it, but who are they going to listen to, you or the people who actually made the game?

Not too convincing, but if you are allowed to watch PG-13 movies at your own whim then maybe they will let you play this game as well.
 
Wow. Rampant death and blood, OMG I'm killing aliens. Yes, there's blood, but it's definately not as bad as LOTS of the other "M" rated games out there. And what obscenity? oooh they said "Damn", the forbidden word! May you be cursed to eternal damnation in hell! And what scenes are "Overwhelming", especially near the game? That you have to kill the bad guy when he tries to escape? How is that "Overwhelming?" Just a few questions.

Man I feel sorry for you :( I dont have source but I'd like to get it, and my parents wouldnt mind. And what was that saying thats the only game you like?? Not even UT04??
