You'll need one hell of a cooling loop to be able to keep the oil flowing and cool. Baring in mind when oil hits that radiator the thick consistency of it is going to mean to push it through at a rate that'll allow you to cool a decent amount you'll need one powerful pump and thich tubing that can withstand a fair bit of pressure as that's what you'll need. The radiator will slow things down as the passages are quite thin and oil is rather thick, put two and two together.

Its not the oil itself thats the problem ,its the condensation. In large transformers they remove all the water by heating under a vacuum, before filling with transformer oil. Also that oil is much more refined than the mineral oil you can probably get your hands on. Even a tiny impurity could potentially be dangerous. Also, oil eats away at some types of rubber and tends to swell electrolytic capacitors.
 
sweet, i think ill try it with my server and see if it really work, i dont care if i blow the mobo and chip, i got them for free and the chip it only a P4 2.6. when do it ill post some pics and ill put a link to a video on youtube. glad i got pain today :)
