I think I've decided on a Mobo, comments or suggestions appreciated..

I was looking at both ATX and microATX boards, and I think I like this ASRock MicroATX board best:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157192

It will be used with an Athlon II Propus 640 quad core, ripjaws 2x4GB DDR3 1333mhz memory and Corsair 650W PSU, running Windows 7 home premium 64-bit OEM version. I will be depending on the onboard ATI Radeon 4290 video chipset and VIA VT2020 audio chipset rather than add on cards. This machine will be mainly used for power surfing and business applications, with winamp, bit-torrent or other peripherals running on the side sometimes.

does anyone see any problems with this setup??

Kinda of a shame getting a 890 chipset with only one PCIe slot. Sorta takes its purpose away. And there is nothing that good about the VIA sound chip. But for 92 buck, what can you say. Asrock makes alot of off the wall boards.

Not a bad deal for 92 bucks. Nothing really wrong with it. Havent used any VIA chips in along time so I could not say. VIA is in a hard spot so they are probably just about giving them away. VIA is just about forced out of the motherboard chipset business.

yeah Tracy stranglehold is right, I think that I told you the VIA was ok, but realtek is the latest out there, so I am sorry, I did tell you wrong intially. The ATI chipset is correct though, but the audio could be better! You know for 92, you could get alot of boards (good quality boards) that are very good! Let me look up a couple for you that has the latest! For about the same amount! This will be from newegg

Another things is that you could try tigerdirect.com they do have different stuff than newegg, that may be a place you want to try if you want to stay with your Micro!
