Temp1:40
temp2: 39
Temp3: -4
CPU: 0
Internal Temp: 104(thats where my prob is i think)
Remote: 0
Core: 35.

By the way these are idle temps. Ok today, I turned on wow. and after playing for 30 MINUTES it crashed
BSOD... :(
Then im like WTF then i restarted comp and tried it again and it restarted after like 5 mins. I let it sit for a while and now im just using like internet and crap and the internal temp is still high but everything else is fine

Internal temp.. is that Celsius?
Your Heatsink/fan may have exhausted all its energy. Over up case, check its still running, clear out dust, etc. Might be time to upgrade it.
Are u getting these temps from your BIOS? Program? Which?

Does this internal temp means the temp in your case? If so, seems like you have a bad airflow in the case or maybe the case fans are clogged with dust. Have you tried opening the case? Or maybe try running the comp with the side panel opened and see how is the temp affected.

The temps r from Speedfan, I opened it up things seemed to be find tho never went into OS with case open.

Speed fan has a tendency to show wrong readings. Try Pc wizard of Everest. CPU at 40*c while internal is 100*c? If those readings are true then it most definitely means bad case air-flow. Clean that sucker out, make sure the fans are operating correctly, especially the rear, side or frontal fan, whichever apply in your case.

Go into your bios and check the temperatures there. Speedfan (or all other 3rd party programs) can make mistakes. And I highly doubt that your CPU is reaching 104C as it would have automatically shut off at like 80 or something.
