ok i overvolted my cpu 7.5% from 5% and now my computer turns on, but nothing comes up on my screen. (fans spin, hdd's startup, but nothing happens on the screen)

could i have blown something??? i saved for a really long time for my cpu, so i really hope it didnt just blow up...

could somebody please help me troubleshoot on how to fix this???

EDIT: i forgot to mention that i was also oc'ing my agp by .5V but i ruled that out as the cause because i noticed that my optical mouse and keyboard never light up, indicating that windows never logged on

There should be something that looks like this:

cmos180.jpg

Switch the jumper from left-center to center-right, and boot, and then shutdown and switch it back.

ok. i see in your picture that bellow the jumper it says cmos. i found a set of three wires on my mobo that says cmos below it, but get this. there is no jumper plug on any of the three wires

ok i am able to boot now, but when i do, it says " windows cannot log on," then it gives me options, enter through safe mode, enter from best previous settings, enter windows normally, i have tried them all, but end up with this screen:

and then, it freezes, and wont go any farther. i have tried through safe mode, but then a long list starts on my screen and it freezes
