I waited too long...

I'm fine with open box... well newegg's open box that is... which of the two would be better?... I like how the Acer's already has hdmi and is able to be upgraded to 8gigs rams, but is only tripple core. I would probably end up replacing the vid card on the iBuyPower so that it would have hdmi, but only has 4gigs of ram... I am planning on using this machine for video/picture editing and I do alot of RAM Preview on AfterEffects CS4. So the more ram, the more I can preview. Thank you all for your advice, Peter!

the only reason for bringing up Dell also is because i was told also if some orders a computer and does not accept it, its considered refurbished also.

Thank you for your input, but I just dont know about Dell sometimes. I have had good luck and bad luck with them. But have never been disapointed with Newegg... whether it was their fault or not. So whenever I can, I always purchase from them. Thanks again though!

I would advice against Acer. Their monitors are great, but I haven't had any luck with anything of theirs. Maybe just my experience... Anyway, how much was the first system? The price isn't listed for now.
