i know that i cannot get the ddr2 cuz im gettin an AMD proccessor but shouldi get the overclcoking ones or the ddr which has better performense and which would make my games and game design software run smoothly and efficiently http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/Category/category_memory.asp

with geforce 7800 video card
and i would b looking at the 1024 mb memory cuz its just much better than 512mb but 512 dual would b an option i guess anyy tips or comments to help me build my new computer ide luv em
 
dual channel increases the bandwith of the DDR. You can buy matched pairs of 2x 512 or 2x 1024. Its your choice which one you get.
