i want dual monitor for my notebook.how?

i have an acer aspire 1692 WLMI

i have tv out and VGA port.
can i devide my screen by 2 parts? 50% on my notebook monitor and 50% on a TV or a normal monitor?

You can have duals on a laptop most have a button you press while holding the usually blue function key that will switch between modes when you have an external monitor plugged in like one will take whats on the laptop and duplicate it on the other one will turn off the laptop and put it on the external monitor and one will put it on both of them with 2 seperate ones...
