I want to change the language's laptop!

my laptop is toshiba satellie p20 and use is not English
how dose it change to English ,please !
it use toshiba's recover by ghost

What OS? Whichever, I think you may have to install the OS in the correct language.

it not install OS because use toshiba recorvery ghost .OS is not been changed

Not clear to me. You mean your computer has no OS? I cant believe it, if it is running.

i changed the language on "Regional anh Language Options" but not done !

you need to 1. buy a copy of xp in the language you want and install on your notebook or pc ..... or 2. get the multi language pack
