I want to know how hot my CPU is all the time

Hi
I would like to know the temperature of my CPU when I am on my computer.
I can go to the BIOS and look at the temperature of the CPU or the Mother Board temperature and also the fan speeds.
I dont want to go to the Bios on a regular basis.
Can I get a program that will get the info for me and have it on my desktop.
My operateing system is XP
I have a Sempron 2500+ by AMD
I dont know my Bios but I can get it if you need it.

There a quite alot of programs that do that Motherboard monitor and Speed fan are two of them.
