could you provide details on you system, mobo, ram. etc....

You mobo is a fig issue, is this an of the self system. If so your oc'ing is going to be mucho limited

*Can't remember graphics card but its onboard* when im home ill put it on here.

I have just overclocked the Sempron 2300+, and all it took is to raise the FSB from 166 to 200. It came up from 1.58Ghz to 1.9. That should do the trick. You do not even need to up the voltage actually. Just make sure your mobo supports 200 FSB. Good luck
