I want to oc my cpu about .2 ghz

hey is it safe to put a core duo t2400 1.8 ghz up to 2 ghz rite away?

how many ghz can i safely get it up to without greatly reducing heat?


and how do i do this in riva tuner or should i use systool?

dont overclock laptops, plain and simple. there CPU's are meant for high heat enviorments but the coolers on them have to be very small, and there is little ventilation.

for the performance gain of .2ghz, its just not worth the strain it puts on your CPU
