I want to upgrade cpu

    I have LGA2011 Socket and Xeon E5-1603 i want to know can i use
    Intel Core i7-4790K on my motherboard and replace it with my correct cpu?
    i mean can i use other cpus with diferent sockets?

    No, the CPU must support the same socket (the one you linked supports socket LGA 1150, not LGA2011)
    You would need to upgrade your motherboard

    That system is roughly 8 years old at this point. It's time for a motherboard, cpu, ram replacement build.

    You could throw in a Xeon E5-1650 v2 (6c/12t, 3.7 GHz) for about $120 as an upgrade option.

    It may be worth doing a cost analysis against a newer platform/system depending on what you're trying to do.
