I Was Checking Out This Fan...

a heatsink draws the heat off of the cpu and the fan thats supplied dissipates it.
dont quote me, but i think the heat pipe runs through the middle. this is the thing that is filled with water to cool the cpu even more. in response to your first question, yes it come with all 3. make sure you have thre right type of motherboard or its money wasted. i would of thought itd come with instructions so it shouldnt be too hard to follow. and im not sure if it comes with thermal grease, so it mite be an idea to buy some.

Edit: yes it does come with thermal grease, so you wont need to buy any more

Okay, to set things straight on this product:
It is not a water cooler. It is a heat sink/ fan that uses a heat pipe. Somehow they managed to manipulate the description into water cooling from the heat pipe using a liquid. A heat pipe can be thought of as a sort of thermal superconductor. It uses a kind of two phase, natural convective flow through an enclosed wick to transfer heat from one end from another (if you can't understand that just keep thinking of it as a thermal superconductor :P). Anyway, I don't think that that cooler is really needed (I'd stay away from it just due to the deceptive advertising). What exactly are you looking for? A HSF for an overclocked system?

1) Does this come with like a heat sink, water cooler and FAN all in one or summin?

2) What on earth does a WATER COOLER, HEATPIPE and HEAT SINK DO?

3) Is it easy to replace this item with my other one, should I be looking at sizes?
Shall I get a pro to do it?]
Seems like its just a normal heatsink with a heatpipe (aka funky heat 'container/resivoir'' if you will), and the container is filled with water (to improve its 'heat capacity')

By sheer technicality they never did say what the water was cooling :P

I want a GOOD fan that will prevent my computer from heating up.
Nothing is gonna prevent it from heating up but almost any $30 fan you can buy at a store can keep it under control :)

Thats one hell of a stretch since the working fluid is typically a water/alcohol mixture  . I don't think you could get it to work with pure water, too high of a vaporization temp.

Yep

Didnt look at it for long but even if it did vaporize it still can operate as a hollow heatpipe cant it?

alcohol you say.......
Yes, normally its a 7 year single malt scotch or if its cheap they'll use some crappy vodka :D... actually its usually methanol.

If it doesn't vaporize there would be no two phase flow (obviously  )so you would only have natural convection through the fluid - pretty crappy for heat transfer. You'd be better off with a solid copper tube, or even a solid aluminum tube.
