I would like to upgrade to 4GB of ram 667.. anyone know where i can get them?

If you just put in 4gb 667 ram in google it'll show u a bunch of results.

Do not buy that, you could build an identical one cheaper on Dell's website. If you do decide to go with that, 2GB is plently. It is already using up both memory banks, so you would need to get rid of the current ram and upgrade to 2 x 2GB sticks.

well at least i would wait, vista is not even working properly yet, and he should see how his system runs before buying an extra 2gigs of good laptop ram which will be very expensive. plus if he has already got 2 1gig sticks, then he will have to sell them and buy two 2 gig sticks. i think you should wait, and evaluate what you will want 4gigs for
