You could either run 1600 cas 9 or there should be some memory multiplier options in your Bios as well. Typically it's like 6, 8, and 10 multipliers available. Stock is 10, so yeah 1333 with stock base clock speed. With 160 base clock, if you changed your multi on the ram to 8 thats only 1280. You could do 167 base clock and that would give you 1336 (close enough) and 3.5ghz on the CPU.
