Well, I disabled a bunch of stuff in the bios so I wasn't positive which one was doing it. That was my best guess LOL. There's some setting thats doing it, and you need to find it first before playing with clock speeds because it will screw you up.

My bios will not be the same as yours, so you are kinda on your own unless you can find someone that has the same board. I simply had a CPU conifguration page, and I disabled everything except virtualization and multi core usage.

BTW one other thing, FSB is a thing of the past! It's now called Base clock.
 
I read on some forums that to get rid of jumpy frequency and voltage you have to disable, speedstep, EIST and C1E. I'll just leave it on, I leave my pc on sometimes and it's doing nothing that way I'll save some money :D
