Yeah i'm just a normal game player, i made a gaming setup with a 400 dollar budget, the cpu i ended up with is the i3, these are the parts i used.
and if you dont mind, what would you upgrade 1st? for gaming.

Video card. Pretty much the lowest AMD one you can get. Won't get any decent settings on high resolutions. And while the power supply is antec, there's no specs on it, so it may be a bad unit.
But $400 won't get you a lot. Still need a hard drive and RAM.
