Ibuypower

you could build a better one cheaper yourself. Ibuypower usually uses jumk PSU's and outdated GPU's.

depends on weather he want to or not.

ibuypower PCs are good, but the one you've choose is even though good enough will show it's slowness in couple of year, i suggest go to their website and configureing it. of course your budget is only you've contol over. but keep looking and you'll find good deal on other sites like newegg and amazon as well.

iBuyPower more like iBuyBadPower. They use crappy quality stuff by default but I think they have options of choosing better branded stuff if you pay a lot more. Like they will give 6gigs of RAM of a good brand but if you want to handselect the brand to somethng like gskill or corsair they charge you a lot for that and the same thing goes for all the other components so it is better to build one yourselves for the below reasons

1.Usually Cheaper
2.Tailored to your requirements
3.You know what's under the hood
4.Gain some more knowledge out of it
5.If something needs to be fixed you won't be absolutely clueless and won't be scared to open the case
6.A certain self-confidence boost

The 2400 is a good processor. If you want to go with the Intel line. The 970 is a fine processor too, but you can get the 955 for less and just set the base multiplier to the same as the 970 with no ill affects.

Both of the motherboards are excellent choices. I have always used Gigabyte, and they are excellent. Ive heard that MSI are ok too, so... if they are what you want, to use, its all your choice.

the Antec PSU you have will be an excellent PSU. The Geforce 9500 will work for now till you can get a replacement card.

What other games are you looking to play because if you only want to play because I don't think wow requires a lot to max out.Correct me if I am wrong but I just tried the game and it doesn't look anything heavy.

Mainly wow , but don't want to be limited to it. My current computer has a 1.8 ghz cpu and really isn't meant for games. Im sure anything will be better.

if you are building the pc for the first time, i would suggest staying away from MSI, although good mobo over all their manual is way way lacking in information, i've seen twice in thickness on other mobo as they provide better manuals.
