Icon Help?

I am unsure whats going on but my mozilla icon is not working right...as well as several other icons from different programs. Here is a picture of what i am talking about. I hope you all can help me.

Might want to try reinstalling the programs.

You can reinstall the applications, or there is a more complicated way. Where you extract the .ico from the .exe, and place it in the program folder. Then you change the icon to the one you extracted.
