icon pack

Hey anybody know where i can get an OSX installer (icon pack) for windows ?
something along the lines of Tango patcher .only icons..
i do not want Transformation packs like Flyakite etc etc

there are some programs like icon packager, or IconTweaker. you download a package from a site and double click on it! voilaaaa!
