Idea for OS section?

Why don't you all have the OS forum split by the OS?
Maybe have sections for
1General
2Windows
3MACs- I don't actually know what it is
4Linux
5Other

Just so it is easier. For example, I am possibly getting snow leopard, and want info on macs, but can't easily find it.

Probably because that section already has fairly little activity, and the number of threads for Mac and Linux specific OS's are pretty few.

no but seriously that wouldnt be a bad idea even if it the mac and *nix sections werent as popular. we could get super organized and put like novell in there or maybe Sun or AIX... or just ever single linux/unix flavor.... ok im tired im sorry that was asinine

Yes, we can have a section dedicated to Sun with a whole 2 threads
