Ideas on installing fans in 2x 5.25" drive bays

I am trying to install some sort of cooler or fan setup for extra intake. I have 2 5.25" drive bays that I can use. I havn't been very successful in finding any 70mm fans that have more CFM than dba so dual fans is out of the question. I looks like either one 80mm fan or this "Cross flow Fan" that I found (see below link).

Has anyone used this fan or Does anyone have any other ideas? Whatever I do, it needs to be below 30dba and more than 60 cfm.
