I need some help....I can not connect to my ftp site ever since I updated to IE 7 , has anyone had this problem...I have tried on 2 PC's...on another PC with IE 6 I can get right on to it......In IE 7 it says page can't be displayed and I have no option to log in or anything..! Help please! I have tried MS FAQ's and I an only getting "make sure ftp is enabled" in the advanced IE options......

Use system restore and get back to IE6 until IE7 comes out complete since it's in beta right now.

jjsevdt where have you been man they put ie7 out full release last wednesday on the windows update site even man you are way off there. Crossfire try turning off all the filters like the phishing filter it tends to kick you out, also try using a program to ftp you will find they are a lot easier in the end then using a webinterface anyway. If IE7 wont work try to download firefox i'm sure it would work for that use if you just need it for the one thing

thanks dcustom..I happy to hear your enjoying it .but have you tried to access an FTP via IE 7 like for example......Ftp.whatever.com...with out using an FTP program....

I stick with ie6 for now. I heard that ie7 is drink ram is crazy. altho I have 2G but still. I see how it goes for another month then I will upgrade.

Why don't you go with mozilla firefox? I like it a lot more than stinkin IE. Also, I think mozilla has better extentions and add-ons.

Yeah, cause mozilla is the way to go if you want to save RAM...

O come on. IE isn't the best either. Remember though Mozilla is a volunteer organization group that wants to make a better explorer. When on the other hand IE is made by a multi-billion dollar company. Mozilla has overall better support in my opinion. I mean I can play starcraft (Yes, I know starcraft isn't heavy on a computer, but considering my specs...) listen to music and surf mozilla not that bad. May I ask what you use Tweaker?

SmithField 830 3.3GHz [220x15]
Intel D955XBK
2GB Samsung DDR2 PC4300
HIS X1900XTX 512MB Avivo [710/820]
Antec NeoPower HE 550W

Just because I have 2GB of memory doesn't mean I enjoy wasting it, when it can and is being used on other apps.
