ie error!!

everytime i start up my computer i get this error that won't go away!!
and i've tried closing all of my other programs but its still there!
anyone know how to fix this?

Open Internet Explorer > tools > internet options > advanced tab > check the disable script debugging > remove the check about displaying a notification about every script error > click OK.

You're not solving it Eternal Rest, you're just turning the error message off...

Please confirm that it is happening when you start your computer, as opposed to when you open Internet Explorer.
