IE has generated errors

Ive got an old compaq laptop at home and recently after i tried instaling a driver for a wireless usb i got the error message "internet explorer has generated errors and will shut down" it keeps popping back up after i click ok and i cant seem to fix it even with the microsoft solutions,i also have no restore point set to restore it back,does anybody no what type of prob this is?

Update IE with this patch: Firefox :)

Seriously, though, you said you 'tried' installing a driver --did it install correctly? If possible, can you uninstall the device, then try reinstalling it. I absolutely despise wireless stuff, so the only course of suggestions I can give will be hardware-related, not the actual device software settings.

No the driver didn't install after that,i cant even click on desktop items because the error takes over everything,it happened last week an error also came up something like "00000000 at 00000082 could not be read",thats not the correct error number just though it might help

Is ur system OS updated or not. It seems it is having a conflict with the Dll files or ur syatem and that with the driver u are installing.
